Who we are
Our primary website address is: https://iloveuguys.org. We have similar domains that resolve to https://iloveuguys.org. (ie http://iloveyouguys.org, http://iluvuguys.org, plus a bunch of others.)
We have a number of sub-domains that provide other utility. (An example would be our COVID tracking utility that updated data from April of 2020 through March of 2021. The site is still available at https://assurance.iloveuguys.org, keep in mind the tool no longer updates.) These sites may have additional privacy and user data policies.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
This website, https://iloveuguys.org, does not directly collect any user identifiable information. We've also constrained our third party utilities to the bare minimum we feel necessary. See current third parties for more info. Basically, our email list and registration lists are hosted by third party
We do analyze web server logs which give us an IP address and what files or media the webserver delivered. We think there is some cool stuff with that.
For engagements, separate systems are used and we store the host's name, organization, location, venue location, cell phone, and email address. (Collectively, "Host Info"). While visible on the internet, we rely on a combination of <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> and password protection. We use Host Info to facilitate getting an instructor to the right venue at the right time and to complete the transaction.
This website, https://iloveuguys.org, does not directly create any cookies or tokens in your browser. Third party utilities like forms, do, or least try to. See current third parties for more info.
Third Party Embeds
Content on this site includes embedded content (e.g. forms, registrations, user experience, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Third Party Embed Providers
We currently do not use Google Analytics. We do use Crazy Egg to analyze user click behavior on the website.
Who we share your data with
We do not disclose your data with 3rd parties.
How long we retain your data
For training engagements we retain Host Info indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. (Keep in mind that we have a ton of other stuff going on and this will not be a high priority. It may take multiple requests to breach our threshold of attention.) You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
